SUMMER CAMP

Each summer OMM is pleased to sponsor the World Class Soccer Camp at the soccer complex. The program offers an excellent soccer experience for players of all skill levels. Camp will run during the weeks of 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1, 8/8, 8/15 and 8/22 with am (9-12) and pm (4-7) sessions being held on each of the noted weeks.

Staff and campers will not be allowed to participate in camp if they have any of the following symptoms: Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficult breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea. Please report any illnesses or symptoms to the camp manager, medical personnel and/or office.

REGISTRATION

No last-minute drop-in registrants will be allowed – everyone must register on-line. Registration must be completed a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of the week your child is attending to ensure we can share all needed information, work out proper grouping and provide adequate staffing.

REGISTRATIONS WILL CLOSE ON THE FRIDAY NIGHT BEFORE THE OPENING OF A MONDAY CAMP.

We will be continuing to limit the size of groups. Every camper will be required to bring a soccer ball and pre-filled large water jug to camp every day.

  • Anyone wishing to attend camp who is not a currently registered OMM or WCFC player cannot receive the discounted rate and should select the Non-Participating Registrant Rate.
  • Anyone who is not a Orangetown resident will also need to pay an additional non-resident fee that the town mandates- an additional charge of $10.00.

The camp program is designed for players born 2016 – 2006.

OMM or WCFC registrants attending the South Orangetown location are receiving a sizeable discount from the published brochure rate of $250 for full day campers. If you are attending as a team (10 or more the same week) from a program other than OMM or WCFC, email registrar@ommsoccer.org for discount information. A discount is also offered for those attending multiple weeks from a program other than OMM or WCFC – again email registrar@ommsoccer.org for discount information. No refunds or pro-rated adjustments are made for late arrivals, early departures or dismissals. The camp reserves the right to dismiss any camper for disruptive behavior or misconduct. Cancellation by Camp: The Camp reserves the right to cancel any camp week(s) by refunding amounts paid for cancelled weeks. Photographs: Any photographs of participants and/or family taken at camp may be used by camp for publicity purposes.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Any full day camper who notifies the camp a month or more prior to the start of the week they are registered for, will have all fees refunded except for a $25 registration/administration/credit card fee for each week that is canceled. Campers notifying the camp after that date will have all fees refunded except for a $125 registration/administration/credit card fee as long as we are notified at least 48 hours in advance. *Note: Campers who need to withdraw for medical reasons and have a doctor’s note, may receive a camp credit for future use of the $125 fee.

In case of extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms) which necessitate the cancellation of a camp date, there will not be a make-up day. If there is a second day that is cancelled during the same week, then that day will be made up, with every effort to do the make-up session on the Saturday immediately following that camp week.
