FALL SEASON
Our Fall recreational program allows children to be a part of a team, helping to develop soccer skills as well as a love for the game. With the help of our volunteer coaches, we are able to provide children with practices twice a week during the pre-season as well as practices during the season and games once a week. Our goal is always to create a safe and supportive program for children to learn and grow.
Children are grouped for our recreational soccer programs, by their year of birth. These groupings are held to without exception, we do not allow children to “play up” or “play down”. We understand that different sports and school districts all group children in a manner that makes sense to them, we do the same. Noted in the tabs below are the divisions that they will play in based on year of birth.
- There are NO player requests in OMM Soccer in ANY Division. Teams are formed by an automated computed draft. The only way we will place a player on a particular team is if the parent is accepted as a coach and asks to be placed with another parent as their co-coach.
- Tykes is a coed division.
- Players in the Tykes division will use the 4 Goal Game format.
- We provide uniforms for all divisions through Ewing Sports.
- If there is an issue regarding uniforms, contact – customerservice@ewingsports.com and include OMM in the subject line.
- In all divisions, all players are required to wear the uniform we provide and failure to do so will prevent a player from participating in a game.
- All players must provide and wear soccer shin guards, they cannot take the field without them.
- Jewelry including earrings cannot be worn during games or practices.
- Registrants must have paid in full before they are placed on a team unless other arrangements have been made.
- A reduced registration rate is available for any child who receives free lunch or reduced payment for lunch at school- interested applicants should contact registrar@ommsoccer.org.
